​The Yellow House, Rathfarnham

In April 2012 we received permission for the renovation of the protected structure to the rear of the Yellow House pub in Rathfarham as a house. The site had a history of planning refusals and objections. By engaging with the planning department it was possible to agree our proposal in principle before lodging the application.
