This Primary Care Centre & Civil Registration Office is accommodated at the Boyne Centre in Drogheda. The building was designed by Forrest Hill Associates and built by Walls Construction in the 1990s. Louth County Council occupied the upper floors of the Centre until 2017. Once the County Council decided to vacate the premises it was decided to convert the upper floors to a Primary Care Centre. In addition to primary care the HSE requested the building accommodate the local Civil Registration Office. We were commissioned by the building owners to design and manage this conversion.
