​Balbriggan Primary Care Centre is a 50,000ft² community facility that will provide healthcare facilities for the people of Balbriggan. Rhonellan Developments  employed  Raymond Kelly Architects and PACstudio to  secure planning permission on the site in 2012. The site was subsequently sold to our client Moffett Healthcare.  Hussey Architects were appointed for the construction phase of the project. The building was completed in April 2017. It comprises:
• HSE Primary Care Clinic (25,000ft²)
• GP & Dental Clinics (20,000ft²)
• a Cafe (3,000ft²)
• a Pharmacy (2,000ft²)
