The first hotel we designed, the Hendrick, opened in 2019 in Smithfield, Dublin. Our second hotel, the Dublin One, opened in 2021. We are currently preparing construction drawings for our third hotel at James Street. All three are "pod" style hotels focusing on location and facilities over room size.
We received planning permission for a new bar and restaurant pavilion at Elm Park Golf Club in Donnybrook. This project is currently on site.
