At Heathfield our clients Coshon Two Ltd. are completing an unfinished "ghost" estate. We secured planning permission in October 2013 for the replacement of the previously permitted, but unbuilt, apartments on the site with housing and a Nursing Home. The scheme proposes:

• the majority of the remaining houses to be built are re-designed to conform to the current Fingal County Council Development Plan standards
• the permitted apartments under permission reg ref F05A/1869 are proposed to be replaced with a 90 bed nursing home
• the permitted creche is re-located from the south eastern corner of the site to the north eastern corner (to the north of the proposed nursing home)
• new public open spaces are introduced along the site’s southern boundary.
